Project #1: Tape loop self portrait

Artists statement: For this project I decided to take an approach of using sounds that I hear often, and/or sounds that I associate with being in happy surroundings. The various sound clips used were from video games, which I play often, Walt Disney's dedication speech of Disneyland, which is something that I have always loved, my guitar, a video of my friends and I playing a card game at my house, and a few ambient noises that can more often than not be heard around my house. The result was a fun, and lighthearted portrait of things that I enjoy.
